Ibis Milano Fiera

Being greeted by the evening reception staff on arrival. So helpful even though we did not speak Italian. So sorry I can't remember their names. But he help us check in even as we forgot our passports we had them on our phones. Very professional about that issue.Also so accommodating when I requested extra pillows and blanket. The morning staff Adreas was accommodating and friendly as well. Your cleaning staff is hospitable. The breakfast staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and quite no unnecessary noise which helped with sleeping.

Clean and comfortable good sized room. Usual coffee/tea and water provisions - nowadays many hotels stop providing these.

The hotel is clean, quiet, with a good sound insulation the rooms facing the highway are not impacted by the traffic noise. Car Parking is available with electric charger if you have EV. There is a nearby large shopping mall (about 7 minutes driving), Lidl is next door, McDonalds, Petshop, and Sushi restaurant are at walking distance.

Perfect location to spend the night on a road trip, close to the highway, large outside parking lot. There is a Lidl supermarket right next door, and Mac Donalds across the road has excellent coffee and croissants for breakfast. Rooms as well as bathrooms are spacious and clean.

The staff was really kind the previous night we suffered a terrible experience on another hotel but there kindness definitely change our Milano perspective, thank you very much guys for that.
