Being greeted by the evening reception staff on arrival. So helpful even though we did not speak Italian. So sorry I can't remember their names. But he help us check in even as we forgot our passports we had them on our phones. Very professional about that issue.Also so accommodating when I requested extra pillows and blanket. The morning staff Adreas was accommodating and friendly as well. Your cleaning staff is hospitable. The breakfast staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and quite no unnecessary noise which helped with sleeping.

We only stayed one night. For us the location was perfect because the hotel is close to the highway. The staff was very polite and smiling, the room very clean and the bed was very comfortable, I could have stayed even more :-) They even accepted our big dog without any problem for which I'm very thankful because it's not easy to find a hotel that accepts big dogs. And there is also a free outdoor parking.

When we arrived to the hotel, we honestly thought the hotel was shut down. The green areas around the parking lot were overgrown, it really looked like the facility was shut down. It happened that there were no cars in the parking lot. Once inside, the hotel is very nice, clean. The beds did not have traditional mattresses. Though comfortable for me, my friend did not find it comfortable.

All the reviews about cleanliness and modernity are correct, the place is immaculate. As far as soundproofing goes, you might only hear the odd room neighbor or two coming down the hallway. McDonalds is close by, as is a Lidl and a pet store if you feel the sudden urge to buy a hamster 🐹
